Because the Blogga AI WordPress Plugin is an irrevocable, downloadable software asset provided with full unencrypted source code (blogga.php and blogga-plugin.zip) and instantaneous license key generation, NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CHARGEBACKS ARE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ONCE PURCHASED. By completing your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1.1. Intangible Digital Goods: All purchases of the Blogga AI WordPress Plugin ("Software") represent intangible, digital goods delivered instantaneously upon payment confirmation via Stripe (Credit / Debit Card) or WhatsApp transfer.
1.2. 2.2. Zero Monthly Subscription Surcharges: There are no recurring maintenance fees, monthly retainers, or hidden seat charges from Besodigitaltech.
2.3. Anti-Piracy & Redistribution Prohibition: You may not repackage, re-license, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or publicly distribute the plugin files on warez platforms, GitHub public repositories, or torrent networks. Besodigitaltech reserves all rights not expressly granted.
3.1. GPLv2 Heritage: As a derivative extension designed for the WordPress platform, Blogga code adhering to WordPress Core APIs is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.

5.3. Provider Outages: Besodigitaltech is not liable for temporary service interruptions, rate-limits, or API policy changes implemented by third-party model providers.
6.1. "As-Is" Provision: The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6.2. No Ranking Guarantees: While Blogga incorporates state-of-the-art programmatic SEO best practices (schema markup, keyword matrices, 404 healing, IndexNow), Besodigitaltech does not make any guarantee or warranty regarding specific search engine rankings, Google PageRank, organic traffic volumes, or indexing speed, as search algorithms remain solely at the discretion of Google, Bing, and third-party search engines.
